     Last year Colorado Land Company invested in the Matterport Showcase 3D Virtual System, and boy are we glad we did.  With the Matterport the viewers can literally tour every inch of the home they are viewing.  This system allows them to move freely through the home even enabling the viewer to zoom in on certain aspects of the home that might require a closer look. With Matterport you can take a 360 tour, it takes 4K pictures, and accurately measure each room as well. It is by far the most realistic experience short of being able to view the home in person.  We are excited to offer this system to all our clients, it is definitely cutting edge and with its amazing technology we can help our clients get their home sold quicker and possibly even get it sold without it the Buyer even seeing it in person.
