We were fortunate enough to work with Danny Woodring. Danny reached out to us since he knew our son from when Danny was a student at the school where our son was a teacher. It was our son’s house we were selling due to our son’s passing. Danny was very attentive to our needs, and made himself available at all hours to assist us with anything we asked, such as helping keep the property looking great. We live in Denver and the house is in Fort Morgan, about 90 miles from our house. When we needed to haul away quite a bit of trash, Danny found someone to take it to the dump at a very reasonable rate. When we needed to put in smoke detectors, Danny picked them up and installed them for us. He recommended several contractors to help us fix some things up on the property. He picked up and held mail for us until we were in town. He helped us come up with a fair asking price and explained the process all along the way. He made sure that we knew anything that needed attention, and when it needed to be done. I can’t say enough about his professionalism, though he handled everything like he was doing it for a close friend, which is what I now regard him as.
