Furthering my education is a quarterly goal of mine, and I recently received my Certified Negotiation Expert Designation. Currently I am working to complete my Senior Real Estate Specialists course. Mary Alice George
Following a teaching career that spanned 35 years, Mary Alice George has been a real estate professional since 2014 and takes a sincere, caring interest in her clients. She is a member of the National Board of Realtors and the Greeley Area Realty Association. For years Mary Alice’s bucket list of goals included “real estate career,” and she is thrilled to meet and help new clients.
Mary Alice is a Colorado native and an alumnus of the University of ColoradoBoulder. She currently serves on the CU Alumni Board of Advisors and is a rabid Buffalo fan. She earned her Masters Degree in English from the University of NebraskaKearney.
Mary Alice and her husband Jim live in Fort Morgan, and they have grown children who live across the Front Range and the Midwest. Their hobbies are hiking, snowshoeing, flyfishing, golf, and travel.
Cindy brings a variety of experience and skills to Colorado Land Co. I grew up in the mountains of
northwestern Colorado, in a ranching community, where my family owned and operated ranches for
many years. I learned the value of hard work, excellence and integrity. I bought and sold properties,
remodeled some and managed them myself. I have also served on many community boards, and
worked with the public in many challenging situations that have required me to develop strong
communication skills. I believe these skills can be very useful in helping you to negotiate the very best
outcome for your real estate transaction. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you with

Lee Ann Samuels
Lee Ann Samuels is a Real Estate Broker Associate with Colorado Land Co. Lee Ann has 25 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. She has earned many awards from Loveland/Berthoud Association of Realtors such as; 1995 Rookie of The Year, and 1999 Presidential Award and Past Vice President. She also is a past board member of the Morgan County Board Realtors, a member of the Morgan Community College Foundation Board for 7 years, and a member of the Greeley Board of Realtors.
Lee Ann is also a volunteer with the Senior Centers in Fort Morgan and Brush delivering meals-on-wheels. Lee Ann was raised in Fort Morgan Co. She graduated from Fort Morgan High School in 1975. Lee Ann and her Husband Steve Samuels live in Brush, Colorado.
